Airbrush Tanning
The active ingredient in the tanning solution is a sugar molecule, extracted from sugarcane, called
DHA, dihyrdoxyacetone. DHA reacts harmlessly with the amino acids in the epidermal cells - the
outer most layer of skin cells. This reaction, the tan, looks and feels natural. DHA may react similarly
when wet with animal byproducts such as wool, leather, or silk. Therefore, after your Airbrush Tan application,
ensure that you are completely dry prior to dressing.
Over thirty years ago, the FDA approved DHA for cosmetic applications. Other ingredients in Airbrush Tanning solution
are inert, harmless, and non-allergenic.

What is an Airbrush Tanning application?
First your skin is prepped with the Airbrush Tanning Spritzer if needed. You are toweled clean and then toweled dry. Next,
Airbrush Tanning solution is professionally airbrushed onto your skin. This personalized application can take from 3-5 minutes
depending upon whether you prefer to air dry or blow dry. Three hours after application, a vibrant golden tan appears on your skin.
There is no smarter or better way to tan your skin.
How long does an application last?
It can last from 7 to 11 days. It's different for everyone. It all depends on your skin and the care you take following the
tanning session. Long baths or showers, hot tubs, and swimming pools with chlorine will cause your tan to be short lived.
What results can I expect?
The darker you tan naturally, the darker you will tan with Airbrush Tanning. One application per week will normally maintain
your tan.
